Sisters and brothers of America.....

(Huge claps from all the gatherings).

"It fills my heart with joy unspeakable to rise in response to the warm and cordial welcome, which you have given us. I thank you in the name of the most ancient order of monks in the world; I thank you in the name of the mother of religious; and I thank you in the name of millions and millions of hindu people of all classes and sects. My thank, also, to some of the speakers on this platform who, referring to the delegates from the orient, have told you that these men from far-off nations may well claim the honor of bearing to different lands the idea of toleration.

I am proud to belong to a religion which has taught the world both tolerance and universal acceptance. We believe not only in universal toleration, but we accept all religions as true.

I am proud to belong to a nation, which has sheltered the persecuted, and the refugees of all the religions and all nations of the earth. I am proud to tell you that we have gathered in our bosom the purest remnant of the Israelites, who came to the southern India and took refugee with us in the very year in which their holy temple was shattered to pieces by roman Tyranny.

I am proud to belong to the religion, which has sheltered and is still fostering the remnant of the grand Zoroastrian nation. I will quote you, brethren, a few lines from a hymn, which I remember to have repeated from my earliest boyhood, which is everyday, repeated by millions of human beings.

As the different streams having their sources in different places all mingle their water in the sea, so, O lord, the different paths which men take through different tendencies, various though they appear, crooked or straight, all lead to Thee.

The present convention, which is one of the most august assemblies even, held, is in itself a vindication, a declaration to the world, of the wonderful doctrine preached in GITA.

Whosoever comes to Me, through whatsoever form, I reach him all men are struggling through paths which in the end lead to Me. Sectarianism, bigotry, and its horrible descendant, fanaticism, have long possessed this beautiful earth. They have filled the earth with violence, drenched it often and often with human blood, destroyed civilization, and sent whole nations to despair. Had it not been for these horrible demons human society would be far more advanced than it is now? But their time is come; and I fervently hope that the bell that tolled this morning in honor of this convention may be the death-knell of all fanaticism, of all persecutions witty the sword or with the pen, and of all uncharitable feelings between persons wending their way to the same goal".

Days on tirupati

Tirupathi is a great place where lord venkateshwara is present as an idol.

I along with my parents and sisters, went to tirupati on foot climbing through stairs.
We had a very happy pleasant time there at tirupati. We all went on a van, with along my cousins totally around 20 people.
Me and my cousin vissu climbed stairs as fast as we can. After climbing about 50 steps(nearly not accurate) & we stopped sat over the cement places where it is made for the people like us, 2 satisfy our thirsty, rest, and what not even few chocolates.
As I have Tata to Tata free unlimited calls scheme, I took few of my friend's mobiles for few days and I gave them to all. And few have tata as own and few has other services.

Me and my bro.. vissu both used to climb as fast as we can and took rest. And shouting happily to all others to come come(not so just. heyyyyyy randi fast. b fast. parigettutu ekkaali. maa laaagaaaaaa).

After sometime of this moment, my nephew (3 year oldbig sister's son) wanna catch us and climbed fast, where he slipped and got injury to his hand and leg(& we got scoldings from my mom and dad and even my aunty) so, I took him up and opened my giant towel tied to his and mine back.

Bcoz of which my run became much lower and lower. Meanwhile my cousin vissu took his mobile and started shooting. Unnoticingly he even shooted at my nephew's fall on steps. After some time, he showed all those to me. I saw those and with bluetooth, I have sent those pics to my brother-in-law who is climbing after us along with my brother-in-law (small sister's husband)

We had a buttermilk and all needed food items (shooted even that buttermilk), later, entered to our room in MANGA guest house, got freshed up and went to see the god venkateshwara.
We had a great travel, and walked towards the entrance, and my big sister took her son (sriniketh). I thought that she wanna reduce weight on me. But, the mother carrying child will be allowed faster and can get darshanam happily. She has seen god idol for 5 sec, but I got to see for only some time.

My cousin laughed at the situation, and remain calm. Later he told me that he might shooted this scene, if he brought his mobile to darshanam. But we can't. (My small sister being short, her husband made her to jump to watch the god).

After having seen god, my mom became cool. And she said all of us to say "PUNAHA DARSHANAM PRAAPTIRASTU". And we did it.

Me and my cousin along with our nephew went to purchase prasadam. We bought them. My cousin noticed that the size of laddu is small when compared to previous entry and he told the same to me. I asked about this matter to my mom. She shouted at all of us "prasaadaniki vankalu pettakoodadu". I stopped this matter(however purchasing for huge price, eating, and keeping some of them in bag is accomplished. Then what's the use of asking such important doubts?) and we all reached to our guest room. Had all needed things, and we wind up all the things and started to travel home.

While we were walking, a lady beggar of 80years around begged us for food not for money.
Thinking that just after having darshanam, she asked for food not for money, my dad took her to a hotel and parceled a plate of poori to her for Rs 25/-. Though the rate is high, the beggar might kept a big hope for food, my dad purchased that. She asked my dad to purchase 2 more for her husband and her child.

We laughed at the situation (Bcoz, my dad had only 100 rupees in his pocket and kept all in bag). My dad purchased and she saw us very happily. That pinched me that the people of this age has to suffer in this way. Anyhow, we had a great time and left that place to home. The other day of our reaching, all our relatives, dispersed.

This happened 2 years ago.

On 9th april 2010, my cousin vissu(vishwanath) will get married to a beautiful good girl.

I don't know the details yet.

have a nice day...............
